Our Classes
We currently have 3 types of classes to choose from.Pulse | Power | Community PulseWhether you are beginning on your fitness journey, re-starting, or a quite deep into it, all of these classes are designed to push you to your level in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Pulse

The Pulse Project
This is our traditional HIIT class, with mainly body weight, or lighter weights, and machines being used.
Power

The Power Project
This is your STRENGTH focused class where we focus on compound lifts and accessories to build the base you need for any endeavour.
Community Pulse
This a hybrid of our Pulse HIIT class where we incorporate more dumbbells and kettlebells into the session, and always finish with a team challenge.To finish of the class we always connect over the shared experience of the workout with coffees ☕️ and chats.
